We provide a Valuation Certificate for auditing purposes and quality assurance, ensuring transparent reporting of asset value to stakeholders.

SMSF Taxation Valuations

Designed for SMSF auditors and accountants to ensure compliance with ATO requirements, especially commercial and mixed use properties that require a full inspection. Desktop options for standard residential dwellings are available. Annual requirements can be packaged for a consistent approach to tax.

Specialised Retirement Living

For retirement and independent living units or villas, we can provide market valuations to determine the distribution of refunds to residents and capital gains tax, where applicable. In addition, we can review costings of planned capital improvements and assess the market value upon completion or assess the feasibility of works.

Sustainability Assessment

The performance of an asset portfolio over the short and long-term can be affected by ESG factors. With a special focus on market analysis, key themes emerging in your valuation reporting are identified. Our ESG factor analysis can easily be integrated with sustainability reporting, strategy and commitments to shareholders.

Family Law and Estates

With strong knowledge of the Tasmanian property market, we offer our clients diligent property valuations for all family law and estate planning or settlement matters. Should you require a single expert valuer, our matrimonial valuations are in a format accepted as evidence of true market value by judges in the family law court.

Site Feasibility Study

ESG factors impact upon the development potential and value of land. We assess site specific criteria to determine the feasibility of development proposals. Consideration of future costs to development is part of our valuation quality controls and multivariate factor analysis for science-based site selection.

Acquisitions

If you would like an independent valuation report and assessment for a claim of compensation, we assess the required land area in accordance with the Land Acquisition Act 1993 (Tas). It is important to involve a qualified valuer to ensure all relevant heads of compensation relevant to the Scheme are included.
