If you need an independent valuation report and assessment for a claim of compensation, we assess the required land in accordance with the Land Acquisition Act 1993 (Tas). It is important to involve a qualified valuer to ensure all heads of compensation relevant to the Scheme are included and your interests are treated fairly.
